We have stayed at this house for our last three trips to Vegas. We love it. Perfect for big groups that enjoy spending time in the pool! Carlos is always super fast at responding to questions and suggesting restaurants.

Carlos was an amazing host! He was easy to reach and very responsive. The home is exactly as advertised, great pool and hot tub. The home has all the appliances, pans, utensils, etc needed to prepare meals, so you don't have to worry about thar during your stay. Overall great experience.

This house is nice. It is like the pictures, large open living room and kitchen with nice counters and tile in the bathrooms. The hot tub was very nice and we used it nightly. We had a group of 10 and we were very comfortable. The neighborhood is decent and quiet. It is close to a lot of shops, stores and restaurants and there is a large chain grocery store within walking distance. Check in and checkout was a breeze. Carlos was a great host, I recommend this place if you need a nice place for a large group.

Me and my family came here for a wedding and the place is beautiful. Spacious kitchen , clean rooms, close to the strip and lots of space for guest. But if you are trying to use the pool or jacuzzi make sure you let him know in advance. It’s $25 per day to heat the jacuzzi and $100 per day to heat the pool. I was fine with the pool fee but the jacuzzi I feel should have been included. Also when you let him know, he will come the next day to heat it. Also we had to ask to turn the lights on the pool at night but we were unsuccessful in doing so. The instructions were unclear. The windows do not open in the house which felt like a fire hazard and fresh air is a must for my family. Make sure you clean up after yourself efficiently ( clean the dishes , put towels in hamper etc) because there is a $200 cleaning fee if you don’t. Also make sure you list all guest that will be there because there is a $100 guest fee per day per person If there are any visitors other then the ones listed.
