Everything was easy: unloading luggage steps from the condo's door. Pool, steps from condo's terrace. Beach access steps from condo's terrace. Lots of beach toys, chairs, gear (you won't have to spend $ buying these). Everything was great. Will be looking to book this condo when we come to SPI moving fwd.

Definitely would stay again. Beautiful condo! Easy access to the beach ⛱️ Janette property manager was very helpful. Rod and Rosa very good at responding to any questions.

This by far was one of our favorite stays! Rod and Rosa have provided a very clean and quaint place to stay on South Padre Island . On top of a very clean and updated condo, there are many amenities within walking distance, a private entrance to the beach, easy parking, and well kept grounds. Our kids enjoyed the proximity of the pool and the playground on the tower grounds as well! The pet area was spotless and in excellent condition as well. Perfect peaceful place for a family vacation.
