Great location! Avalon on the 17th floor, across Ayala mall with all the restaurants & shops! Great communication with Rachel & Carla. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Lobby staff was friendly. Would definitely stay there again the next time I'm in Cebu! Thanks Rachel & Carla!

Great location-ayala shopping center is just apposite the building. building has got a pool and gym which is good. I will book againg if iam in cebu centre.

The place smells so nice, smelt so clean, got everything we need. My son loved it so much as we travelled to different island my son kept asking me to go back and stay at Rachel's place, feels like a home away from home. The place just across Ayala shopping centre every morning we just walked across the road to get hot bread . It is so convenient. I highly recommend this place you won't regret it. The curtains in the bedroom need to be replaced with blackout curtains so a tenant can sleep. The air conditioner in the bedroom at times sounds like an airplane taking off on a runway. The dryer does not work. Being told by Rachael’s sister in a sarcastic way to go stay at a (5) star hotel next time after informing her of issues in the condo does not resolve anything.

Having stayed with Rachel previously, I knew the apartment would be fully appointed and "toothbrush ready." It's prime location, next to Ayala, is a huge positive. Sadly the building is in disrepair. No pool, no jacuzzi, or viable gym (unless you enjoy a 33 degree Celsius workout). Truly unfortunate, as the owners and guests deserve better.
