This house was perfect for what we needed. We had a large group of young children with mom’s for a cheer competition. It was conveniently located not too far from Nashville. The house itself was fantastic. We had so much room nobody was on top of each other. The girls loved the pool, and the parents enjoyed the fireplace. We did have a hiccup with one of the neighbors, just them being a bit aggressive and rude. Joyce handled it so quickly. We are very satisfied with the way that she approached/took care of the situation. We would definitely do this again!

We had an amazing time! The house has multiple entertainment options for all ages and is very accommodating for families. The location is also great and very close to restaurants, groceries, stores, etc. Joyce is very responsive and had great communication about the home and the location! Cannot recommend this location enough.

Amazing stay in Nashville. The house has anything you could possibly need, they have thought of it all. Especially great for families with children. We packed extra kids toys that weren’t needed at all. Great instructions and just the right amount of engagement. Especially the checkout process, “take out the trash”. That’s it!! Huge house, lots of space, tons to do. We plan to be back next year.

We had a wonderful stay at Joyce’s home. A great location 30 minutes outside of downtown Nashville. An easy drive for our family to make daily excursions and return home in the evenings to enjoy the pool, movie theatre, fire pit, games, basketball, pickle ball, volleyball.. never a dull moment!! The home is located on a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood ( important to respect noise ordinance). We honestly felt like it was our own private compound. Neighbors are on either side, but because of the acreage, and the woods, we never saw or heard anyone. The home was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We were so comfortable and really appreciated the fine attention to details that make a home away from home.. Can we mention the two fridges in the garage and an ice machine.. so awesome! Joyce and her family were wonderful hosts that gave lots of information in advance and communicated clearly. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking to visit the area, you will not be disappointed!
