It was a lovely place to stay with everything we needed although the living space downstairs felt a little cramped. The bedroom was large, light and airy and the bathroom was well appointed with plenty of hot water. The biggest disappointment was the lack of WiFi as it was advertised. There was no router in the property and we were told on arrival that the WiFi was playing up. We had no reception all week and given that the weather that week was very wet and windy, it would have helped with some of the downtime.

The School House is a very special place - beautiful light and a wonderful view. The garden was a delight and the location fantastic for exploring the region. The hosts welcomed us with a delicious bara brith cake (not a crumb was left) and with helpful tips about how to get the most out of the local area; we felt very much at home. The property is well-equipped. Highly recommend.

This place is the definition of tranquil. With the lovely garden, ocean view, sea breeze, and quietness- it truly is a place to escape from the outside world. Our hosts greeted us upon arrival and took the time to walk us through the cottage and answer all our questions. They are very warm people who would help us whenever we needed it. We brought our small dog with us, and she loved every minute there. We were surrounded by beautiful walks from woods to farms to beaches. The bed was very comfortable and the sea breeze coming in at night helped us sleep soundly. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked many meals there. The only challenge we had was around the sharpness of the knives. The bathroom facilities were all very clean and in great working condition. Overall the cottage was extremely clean. We are already looking forward to returning in the future.

We had a great time relaxing and enjoying the scenery and walks in Gower. The place was lovely and cosy with great views! Very peaceful and perfect to reset. Great beaches in walking distance.
