Nice and large room with everything you could need including a washing machine, drying rack, cooking utensils, etc. Sreypich was also very helpful and there are lots of really good restaurants near by.
Booked this place for a friend visiting, centrally located in the city. She was happy with the amenities. If you have a car the parking isn't that convenient as you have to drive the car inside the flathouse, parking outside isn't safe. For moto no problem though.
Hidden place in the middle of the city, really close from markets, and groceries shops. I been there for two weeks and my stay was relax, i had the opportunity to wash my clothes in the washmachine and I saved money cooking sometimes, I felt confortable in the building, anyway the neighborhood is super calm, if I got any question they answer me super fast. They have garage if you bring your motobike for more security at night. 100% recommend

I'm the manager of the Ananta Apartment in Phnom Penh. As of 2020, we have Ananta Lavender (10 Studios) along Street 348 and Ananta Aster (2 Studios + 4 1-Bedrooms) along Street 360. Ananta put guests' safety as our priority, including the type of guests we accept and secured entrance. Our location is great for transportation convenience. The comfortability of accommodation is acceptable for the given price as we aim for travelers on a budget. We stick to the AirBnB culture of sharing space for travellers which means that we only allow booking for short-term. Long-term contract is necessary if you like to stay > 1m.
