Downtown Boston 3.9 miles and Logan Airport 6.6 miles. There are good size parks, golf course, and gyms nearby as well. Room on a 3rd Fl unit. Suitable for 1 guest. very private and spacious room. Safe, quiet, convenient, and clean place. Weekly cleaning services provided for all common areas. All utilities included in rent. Parking on premises.

The host (Firlian) is very good in behavior and very communicating. I really loved and enjoyed the place. The overall atmosphere is very good. I should recommend others to get into the place.
Firlian is a grt host, extremely helpful and friendly. Any problem he is just a call away. Enjoyed brkfast as well with him. Place is in a peaceful location and very convenient from local transport. Worth the money. 😀

You will love the neighborhood! Very centered and very easy to commute to anywhere. Very walkable/bikeable. There are parks you can walk to, restaurants nearby. Border line with Jamaica Plain so you can enjoy all that Jamaica Plain has to offer. It is safe, peaceful, and quiet in here. We are surrounded by schools so you will mostly see children walking by as well as people walking their pets.
