This is a little gem in Southwold. Perfectly located for beach and all local amenities. Nick is a wonderful host- had a few questions before we arrived and he was prompt with responses and very helpful. Will definitely book this again.

We had a fabulous time at Owl Cottage. It was beautifully presented right down to the last detail making us feel so at home it was a wrench to leave! It is cosy, super comfortable and very well equipped. The location is ideal being so close to the high street as well as the beach but lovely and peaceful too. Nick was a great host and we can’t wait to return.

Superb little cottage. Excellent location (just behind The Swan Hotel), comfortable beds and fantastic amenities. Had everything we needed even down to bin liners, dishwasher tablets and shower gel. One thing to note is that the stairs are very steep. Not a problem for us but might be more difficult with very young children. We are already looking for an excuse to come back to Southwold so we can stay again! Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Paid for my parents to stay here for part of the Easter weekend and what an incredible cottage. Fabulous location and really cosy feel but with high spec amenities and decor;; perfect. And Nick was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend - thank you very much. Hope to visit ourselves soon - we love Southwold.
