Couldn’t of asked for a better place to get away with our family! Incredible views, peaceful mornings, and awesome access to the beach and use of kayaks. Would love to come back with friends again. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the character of the house and the views.

The place was good and the location was very quite and peaceful but it was published to have 2 bathrooms and we got only 1,with multiple families this was a big problem and when we reached out to evolve while we were at the property their response came a couple of days after we checked out which wasn't expected for the price we paid for the place

Great location, views of Rainier and the Sound, and beach access. Perfect for a weekend with friends/family.

Beautiful view of Mt. Rainier, but that's about it. This is more of a cabin, with some updates throughout, but it could be so much more with a little TLC! The home was not as clean as we hoped with smudges on glass tables and the TV, there were also cobwebs all over the ceiling and on window screens. The back deck needs some maintenance as support boards are crumbling in some spots, deck boards are warped and the railings are not secure. Kayaks are available, but the hard trek to the water made us not even want to try. The owner offered to let us leave and find a new place, however, it was so late in the day by the time they responded, there were no other options with our family of 6.
