Great little place in the heart of Richmond for a one night stay after a long day of driving. Great kitchen and bed was super comfy. Parking was easy and free.

Jonathan is a great host! Communication was prompt, specific, and detailed — I had no issues checking in or out — and he was as invisible as he needed to be. I did not stay long enough to see what Richmond activities were nearby, but I know the area fairly well and the location is good for finding interesting things to do.

Jonathan was an amazing host with quick and easy check in, an excellent location and all the amenities you could need. Communication was easy and wick as well.

First off - The location of this place is wonderful! It is very easy to access, and would be great for someone with a wheelchair as the bathroom is very spacious and the main bedroom and kitchen are all on one level. The parking is accessible, but make sure to put the parking pass in your car as soon as you get there. do not even wait to unload your car. I was towed while unloading my car, and it was frustrating! This apartment is a little humid, and I think this may be contributing to some fruit flies and centipedes in the bathroom. I made notice to the host, and I think these issues will be addressed prior to the next person to stay in the unit. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.
