Amy’s home was absolutely beautiful and just what we were looking for. She provided clear instructions for check in and check out, along with many recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The home was just as described. It had everything one would need and more. Washer & dryer were an added bonus. Very spacious, bright and clean. Comfy beds and tons of natural light. Located in a quiet area yet close to everything. The terrace was a huge hit and was used every morning and evening- such a peaceful spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. I highly recommend booking this for your home away from home while visiting Rome. Thanks for sharing your space with us!

We are a family of four with two kids aged 9 and 11. The apartment is gorgeous and right in the heart of where you need to be. Walkable to all the attractions. Loads of great restaurants and a gourmet supermarket next door. Hosts Amy and Ross are super responsive and left us goodies including food and wine. Apartment has everything you need so no need to buy anything. Loved it and would return in a heartbeat.

What a find! A beautiful apartment in the heart of Rome. We would have used the well-equipped kitchen more, but there were loads of great restaurants a 5 minute walk away. Rooms were large and the terrace was great (even in the winter). As my daughter said as she was leaving, she wished she could stay forever!

Beautiful well presented homes are my passion. I am an American woman, born in CT, educated at Boston College and a former New Yorker. I moved to Italy 20+ years ago to study language, art, history, and culture & opted to stay. My husband is American as well, we decided to build our life together in Italy and it has been an ongoing adventure ever since! Travel is another passion of ours & now that our kids are college bound we are able to let out our home in the center of Rome when we go on the road. Italian homes are often of a completely different nature compared to American style living. The real estate market in Italy has been less developed when it comes to marketing properties for sale and rent, overall it is still quite undeveloped. In response to this need, I introduced the concept of "home staging" to the Italian public and launched my site www.stagedhomes.it in 2009 For many young architects and interior designers they are finding home staging to be a new source of business for their commercial activities and the great welcome home staging is receiving in the bel paese is testimony to the fact that the italian property market is slowly beginning to change. I am passionate about helping people get their home staging businesses off the ground and am passionate about beautiful homes!
