My wife and I spent 9 nights at Claire's apartment in central Winchester (No. 3 The Old Printworks). We really loved our time in this place. Claire was a wonderful host and was very responsive to our questions. The location was just perfect for us - in a courtyard just a block or so away from the main street running through central Winchester. We were close to the West Gate end of the High street, providing a convenient walk to the train station. We had a very short walk to all of the High Street shops and restaurants. We were about a 10 min walk to the TI in the Guildhall, and also to the Cathedral. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well each night. The apartment was extremely clean (the bathroom in particular sparkled!) We used the washer/dryer several times and it worked perfectly. We did note some noise each night, from a nearby pub - this typically lasted until 1 am. This really was the perfect place for us to stay and we highly recommend it!

Claire’s apartment is in a great location just at the top of the High street and convenient to shops and restaurants. Claire was responsive and helpful even before I arrived. I was in Winchester to set up my daughter at university so I needed to do some shopping. Claire provided me with recommendations on where to go for home goods. . She allowed us to drop off our bags early which was very convenient. My taxi driver was unable to find the apartment but Claire answered her phone and directed us there. The apartment is super clean, bright and airy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you Claire, I will be back!

Very spaceious and clean apartment in a prime location in Winchester close to the city center yet reasonable quiet. But could get loud sometimes at the weekend as nearby pubs and restaurants are well frequented - but still tolerable. Claire was very helpful during check-in as we needed to contact her for some special help request as our suitcases did get lost at the airport and didn't show up doing the whole 14 day. We would not hesitate to stay with Claire again. Minor drawback: Kitchen could be better equipped. Probably only few guests want to cook, but if you do, a salad bowl, more plates and sharper knives would be a plus.

Absolutely beautiful flat in a central location. Great instructions from Claire and lots of help before we even arrived. Popped in a travel cot for our little girl. Great communication and would definitely book again for a city break. Thank you for a lovely comfortable stay.
