Very cozy, comfy and warm room in the middle of countryside. Friendly and humorous host couple. Clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Possibility to use kitchen. Overall, very pleasant stay.

Ian's place was our 3rd stop in Wales. He was very friendly and responsive. Our room was comfortable and tidy. The bathroom was amazing, modern and immaculately clean. The place is situated in a very quiet location, so we had a good sleep-in. We started the day with a nice cup of coffee and tea combined with the fresh milk he provided. I would definitely recommend Ian's room for a nice stop on your travel between the north and the south. Thank you for having us!

My friend and I stayed at Ian's for two nights and had a lovely stay. The bedroom was as described, with a comfortable bed and tea/coffee-making facilities provided. The bathroom was clean, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Pre-arrival, Ian was quick to respond to queries and happy to help. On arrival, Ian and Jill offered us a warm welcome and made us feel right at home. They were both friendly, accommodating, and happy to recommend what to see/do in the local area. We can highly recommend staying here. Indeed, if we ever return to the area, we'd stay again.
