Don't be deceived like I was. The photographer deserves an award for their ability to hide so much. The view is obscured from the old photos they have on here as they are building in between the house and the beach. Dirty floors, TV doesn't work, wifi is intermittent, old food in the refrigerator, no 110v outlets, the beach is primarily rocks and is shared, remnants from the last party that was there remained taped or hanging from the sparse decorations. We felt like it was a warehouse with a few rooms. The best part about this place was it fair location. The price misses the mark for western standards. A few other reviewers were kind about the criticism of the cleanliness. This place was dirty and outdated...way past it's prime. Host was unwilling to work with me despite the safety concern of constructions guys in the yard staring and making comments to the women in our party. They failed to mention the ongoing construction that interferes with the view and peaceful vibes.

Fantastic place to stay, the whole family enjoyed a great stay at the villa. The caretaker even allowed us to use the Nipa hut which is really nice for sitting at night and enjoying the view of the ocean. Highly recommended!

This is a great place to stay with a larger group/family. Lots of space, comfortable. Great for a relaxing time at the beach, but activities are close at hand. This is our 2nd stay!

The location for the Villa is great. You walk out back to the beach which has very little people on it. As other reviews mentioned, the house is a little dated and needs some upkeep, but overall it’s hard to be for the price and being right on the beach. The stay was great overall.
