Beautiful, clean apartment central to everything. Great communication from hosts and easy check in/out instructions. Would definitely stay again

"Sparkling" and "new" may be in the title, but are not words I would use to describe the flat. Photos are as indicated but the flat has clearly taken a beating from lots of wear and tear - scratches everywhere, some stains in the carpet, etc. Flat was also not in pristine condition when we arrived. A cake was left in the refrigerator from the previous guests, hairs were located throughout. Pillows and bed linens not the most comfortable I've had. That said, the building is great and the location is outstanding - right on Collins St. in the heart of CBD. Picking up the key from the convenience store down the street was not a terrible inconvenience and check-in/out was fairly straightforward. Flat needs a bit of TLC and a stronger clean given the price point, and then I would recommend.

Great location in the heart of Melbourne CBD, close to everything- shops, arcade, train station, sporting venues, cafes, restaurants, the river, trams- can walk everywhere! Super easy check in. Clean, bright, well-equipped apartment. Just need to connect the TV to the internet (only free to air available), so when not exploring the city and having some down time, enjoying the apartment we weren't able to catch up on shows/ chuck some YouTube on etc. Not a big deal for some people but we like to have the option. Lenny and Dan are very friendly and responsive as well.

Great place. So close to everything Melbourne City has to offer. The place itself had everything we needed, it was super clean and we felt right at home straight away. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Had some great views of the City and surrounds. Nice to have a gym available as well. Perfect for our stay. Thanks!
