Located in a beautiful quiet area with lots of trees and flowers. Nice neighborhood to bike or walk in. It’s a 17-21 minute drive to/from Fresno State. Walmart is only an 8 minute drive. It had its own private/separate entrance. Plenty of side street parking. Beautiful inside and out and looks exactly like the picture. The queen sized bed was very loud and not that comfortable. Also, there was only one plate in the unit and I saw a few spiders in the unit. However, I booked this very last minute needing to find emergency housing after evacuating from my apartment and only gave a 2-hour notice before arriving. Would definitely recommend!! I greatly appreciated the washer/dryer and laundry detergent!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at trade wade homes. place was clean, host was responsive and friendly. I would consider staying again location was also great made my commute to work stress free. thank you again for the opportunity to call your place home for a couple weeks

Very clean. Generous space. Very convenient to major shopping area and grocery stores. We especially liked the neighborhood. Very quiet, private, safe and family-friendly. We stayed for almost 2 months, and would stay again if we're back to Fresno.

I absolutely loved my stay at this home. It was immaculate, safe, quiet, beautiful surroundings and the neighborhood could not have been better. I just wish it would have without where I could have stayed longer. Should I ever need a place again under similar circumstances, I would love to go back and would DEFINITELY recommend it to family and friends.
