房东非常非常热情，服务也非常好。房子的位置太方便了，距离BTS站非常近，走路几步就到的样子；门口前面有一个晚上营业泰式风味的大排档是很好吃的；附近也有很多地道的美食，比如：鸡油饭，泰式面，烧海鲜等，出门走一点点就有7-11了。房子内部装修得很有特色，很新颖；房间有一个上下铺，一个大床，可以容纳6个人。下次还会带家人到这里住｡ ^^

Zuerst stimmte die im Angebot angegebene Adresse nicht. Wir waren 7 km davon entfernt. Die Wohnung hat genau zwei Fenster Wohnbereich und ein Schlafraum sind fensterlos. Unter der Toilettenbrille befand sich ein dicker, brauner Rand, den ich nicht näher beschreiben möchte. Beim Versuch die Dusche zu benutzen, lief das Wasser nicht ab, dafür quollen, Nudeln und andere Essensreste aus dem Abfluss. Straßenlärm in Bangkok muss man wohl rechnen. Ein entsprechender Hinweis im Angebot, wäre aber hilfreich gewesen. Immerhin hat der Vermieter immer sofort geantwortet. Wir haben die Unterkunft so früh wie möglich verlassen.

We stayed her for 3 nights 1st of all it is not like the photos, they are creative with the angles and lighting and it was a lot more run down that you would think in the pictures. The photo of a lovely looking made up bed is an outright lie. We needed somewhere to stay near the wifes brother so for the location of where we needed to be it was perfect When we arrived it seemed like the air con in the main bedroom was not working but as it turned out you had to wait 15 minutes or so before you could use it after you inserted the key into the slot for electic. It was a bit of a pain but not a disaster The apartment is OLD, and i mean very old, the shower was pretty gross and dirty, but it did have hot water and the toilet was functional but again, very old and not the cleanest The 4x bunk beds in the "bedroom" which was really a walk through room to the main bedroom were decent, the beds were sort of comfortable. Everything, including the apartment had a slightly musty kind of smell, including the sheets and although the lounge area was pretty clean it looked like it had not had a sertious clean in years. The washing machine is NOT in the apartment but in a tiny room doqn one of the pain in the butt flight of stairs so it was a constant walk up andf down just to get one load done For some bizzare reason the queen bed in the main bedroom only had a cheap single duvet on it indise a double duvet cover, It was a joke considering the actua photos on the listing. this was a major annoyance and we had to take one off the spare bunks otherwise it simply was not enough for 2 people The fridge was a good quality fridge but did not seem to cool very well, there were literally no plates or cups at all in the place and the "kitchen" was nothing more than a rusty old electric single cooking ring, like a camping one. It was filthy and rusted. Under the sink was disgustingly dirty There were no cups, no plates and if you planned to cook there you will be very dissapointed. Again, bizzarly there was plenty of cutlery though. There really needs to be improvement there, i had to go buy a cup just to drink some tea or coffee. For the money we paid you would expect at least basic crockery for stuff like that They had a GREAT samsung TV but unfortunatly, even though the antenna was in you could not get any channels at all, the home button did not work, none of the smart features were working at all and all you could do with it was plug in an HDMI connected device. It was a total waste of time. For such a decent TV (samsung) you would expect to turn it on and see it working and I tried everthing but all i got was fuzzy screen. It miight as well not have been there. The enterance is up a flight of steep stairs, and i mean STEEP. Once you get up those there are another flight of stairs to negotiate before you get to the apartment. We had to lug all of our cases up these very narrow stairs and it was not easy at all. Space wise its ok, do not think of it as an apartment more like a studio with two bedrooms attached Communication from the hosts was excellent, they sorted out the air con problem that turned out not to be a problem in good time and communicated well All in all, we were dissapointed but, as i said it served its purpose for where we needed to be for those 3 days, we would not stay there again though. We considered leaving after the first night but the Hiotel we wanted was full. If we had booked for longer we would definatly have left early Sorry hosts, the apartment needs improvement on many basic things to be a decent air BNB for the price we paid and the photos in the listing are very misleading. We cannot reccomend styaying here

We stayed for a month. The place is well decorated with Ikea lamps and elephant pics. There are 2 bunk beds and a queen bed. The beds are comfy and the rooms are interconnected. The bathroom is clean. The internet is strong. The tv is huge, sadly we couldn't connect our Netflix on it. 🥲 The people running the place are pretty responsive tho. It's not exactly in a tourist area (more industrial area) but you can step out and there's a 711 available. The place has some metal sheet partition and the noise from residents upstairs was constant. I bet they could hear us moving around too. Room A has a really dirty balcony and the traffic noise from the outside is atrocious. From Room A, to get to the living room, you gotta pass through Room B, which gets annoying when someone is sleeping there. Just need to do something about the baby roaches running around at night. Overall, an okay place.
