Other reviews criticized Ethiel's disposition, and I understand why. She wasn't rude, but I was clearly interruptung her day. Sweating profusely and struggling up the stairs with my suitcase, oversized weekender bag, and large reusable shopping bag, the problem isn't that she didn't lift a finger to lend a hand, but that she began telling me how to use the keys when I was barely 3/4 of the way up the stairs! After she checked me in, there was no water running in the bathroom sink or shower. Apparently, it was turned it off at the pipe b/c it leaks and she forgot to turn it back on. Tried to make it work, but no drying rack for the dishes tipped the scales.
