Wonderful charming family home with attractive upgrades for modern living located in a quiet upscale Burlingame neighborhood, with ample lighting and spacious rooms, rich hardwood floors throughout, plus sleek contemporary kitchen with professional-grade stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a beautiful center island perfect for entertaining. The kitchen opens to the window-lined family room with a fireplace, doors opening to the backyard and private patio, and a Gazebo at the end corner of the yard. The kitchen and family room combination is certain to be the home's central gathering place with its big screen TV and more, this is an excellent place to call home. The home’s 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths are all on the same floor, ideally arranged with two master suites and two spacious bedrooms. The main master suite comes with a California King bed and en suite jacuzzi (People love this bathroom) and separate shower, the 2nd master suite comes with a comfortable queen bed and her own full bath, the bedroom next is well-suited to adult with children, it comes with a full and a single bed, and the fourth bedroom comes with two comfortable twin beds. The whole house is a business-friendly setup with a landline and upgraded high-speed wifi for business travelers who need to knock out a bit of work or hosting some serious meetings. This home has a desirable layout and is perfect for a larger family vacation, team retreat, or business executive’s get-together.

bedrooms were very large. nice place and private backyard, it's kinda got an old grandma's house vibe, but in a good way. wish the kitchen had a blender and full size cookie sheet. it had lots of pots and pans. jetted tub in the master bath was awesome!
Had to book this home on short notice and the hosts were incredibly responsive and understanding. They let us check in early to get our belongings into the house and we’re easy to get a hold of for the one minor issue we had, which they resolved in short order. If you are looking for a quiet family friendly neighborhood rental I would definitely recommend this one!
This house is just excellent. Amazing neighborhood… great place to walk around. Big spacious home. Very friendly hosts. Very responsive. Great location. Close to Burlingame, city and to anything in South Bay. Would highly recommend.
So I will first give the credit where it deserve which is the place is clean and the communication from host is quick. The house is getting little outdated in terms of bathroom vanities etc.The house does have central Ac which was a plus. The one thing negative part i i want to mention is that the house is next to a house which is under construction. This was not disclosed anywhere on the listing. When we were there they were doing framing so u can hear them banging all day long and we were there for vacation so being woken up by banging hammer was not on my list. I told the host that u need to disclose this but to date it is still not shown. So if you are traveling all day and not staying in the house a lot then this might not be an issue for you.
