很不错的一次体验 位置很好 干净整洁 还送了欢迎红酒 很暖心 因为位于繁华的步行街所以晚上会有一些噪音 但这并不影响好评😆🥰

Beautifully appointed studio apartment in the old part of Valencia town. Small but smart use of space and the high ceilings give a spacious feel. The loft bedroom and downstairs bedrooms are not closed off so privacy needs to be managed. It was ok for a family of 4 people. The loft bedroom ceiling is very low so tall people will struggle. Unfortunately we also noticed a strong smell of sewerage but this is not the fault of the apartment but the sewerage of the city. We found by covering the bathroom drain with a floor towel when the shower was not in use that it greatly reduced the sewerage smell. The location is excellent, right next to a small plaza and within short walking distance to other plazas, beautiful churches and the city centre. The balcony was also a lovely place to sit and watch the street. We would have appreciated a little more flexibility with checkin and checkout but understand the tight schedule. Overall a pleasant stay and was a great introduction to Valencia.

Great host, support, location and surroundings - easiest holiday we've had but could've been more relaxing, if we would have know how noisy it really was going to be (especially on weekends) 😅 wouldn't have stayed knowing how little sound sleep we would get. Not the end of the world, but a warning for those light sleepers, those with sensitive noses or those wanting to share - as it's open living and your main bedroom isn't 6 foot away from the dancing neighbours around. Bonus points though if you love the smell of fresh kebabs as they start up around 8AM 😊 also 🪳🪳 and only one source of light so it's like a cave without all the lights on 🌑 wouldn't recommend remote workers either. Again Emiliana's lovely and everything was smooth enough for us not to complain during our stay (we're easy going) but this information should be public until they're addressed which I'm sure she'll do.

Beautiful apartment in immaculate condition in fantastic location , walking distance to everything we wanted to see , bike hire close by, Central Market with wonderful food , lots of great bars and restaurants around . We were really comfortable and happy here for a 5 night stay ( 2 adults and a teenager) and loved it . Very handy having a good airy living space too, and well equipped kitchen. Spotlessly clean and everything worked. Only thing to note, if you are over 5ft 7in you may find the mezzanine level ceiling where the double bed is located too low for comfort when you are standing , in which case use the beds on the ground floor level . All beds super comfy . Would definitely return
