It’s our second time staying atVilla 45. It is a 5min dive to all beaches, restaurants and groceries. Perfect location for a family getaway. Will definitely recommend for families with children or a couples retreat.

Villa 45 was a very nice place to stay. It could use a bit of maintenance/updating, but overall it was very spacious, well equipped and and peaceful. The neighborhood is beautiful and the people were very friendly.

Beautiful and well designed Villa in a safe and very convenient location. All the amenities one could want during a stay was available in the Villa which made everything hassle-free. Wonderful and considerate host and property manager who were welcoming, warm and helpful. The extra thought and little touches/ considerations by the hosts meant we were in “vacation mode” from the very start and we enjoyed the duration of our stay very much. 10/10 - Would recommend to our friends and family and we hope to be back again in the future.

Beautiful villa that’s family friendly and is able to accommodate a large group. The host is really responsive as well. Definitely will recommend this location.
