Lovely stay in a well kept flat

This review is actually for another flat on the same street that is also hosted by Tricia on AirBnB (15 St Blanes Seaside Home). There was indeed a slight glitch before our departure and we were offered this flat (an upgrade) instead of the one we booked as it had become unavailable. Tricia proactively contacted us about it and explained the situation, the flat was in the same street, 5 houses down the road so this was absolutely fine. The flat we rented was spotless, well appointed, warm and comfortable. We had wonderful views from the lounge window, the location is peaceful and quiet and has great seaside walks from its doorstep. This is exactly what we were expecting and looking for and we had a great stay there. Would definitely come back!

We loved our stay in Kilchattan Bay, the flat was really cosy and comfortable (great beds). The views were magical and we even had sunshine and blue skies. We ate twice at the nearby Kingarth Hotel, and the food was great there.

Fantastic location, well equipped flat which was very clean and warm. Perfect for our trip to Rothesay.

Fabulous flat and location. The rooms are very comfortable. Lovely views over the bay and the ideal starting point for walking round the south end of island. We’d definitely go back.
