Very nice and clean apartment with just enough space. Also within walking distance to several local restaurants and shops. If I’m ever in the area again I will be staying here.

We really enjoyed Ninas place! Keyless entry makes it easy! It is very clean and has very nice upgrades. The beds are very comfortable too! It’s much nicer staying in an apartment than a hotel room.

The ratings Airbnb gives for you to complete did not accurately question the issues that we faced. While my partner and I stayed at Miss Nina's Airbnb, we faced a few difficulties. The toilet paper handle fell off of the wall because it was not properly secured, the shower curtain fell on me while I was showering. There is a spotlight in the living room that seems to be hanging out of the ceiling. The curtain rod for the curtains covering the living room's windows seemed to have an entire support bracket falling out of the wall, which made us worried that if we touched it it would fall out. We also came in contact with multiple insects (spiders and a centipede) in the bathroom, which I don't fault the owners because it is a basement after all. My partner and I had higher expectations than were met considering this airbnb was remodeled, but everything felt rushed. Miss Nina was very kind, and we appreciate her letting us stay there, but it seems we won't be staying there again due to the safety hazards.

Wonderful apartment with all the comforts of home right in town. Great location! Loved having a washer & dryer in the apartment. Nina was amazing! Helped us immediately with any questions or issues that came up. Beds were super comfortable and apartment is well stocked with all the items you may need. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Such a perfect apartment! Very clean and spacious. It is located in a great area and the host is very helpful and has great response times. Will book again if ever in the area again!
