Beautiful house with so much potential- you can tell that the owners had pride in the place and used to be a personal stay. Wouldn’t call it a continental breakfast as all that was supplied were spreads and cereals- very hard to eat without bread or milk! One bed appeared dodgy and unsafe but held up. The house number on Airbnb app is incorrect so was hard to locate the house- hard after a long drive with a hot and bothered toddler! 20+ different and repetitive communications via email, app and text msg (all impersonally computer generated) prior to and after stay. Was very hard to find the relevant information in the end! Staff were short on the phone. My toddler found and set off the mouse traps before I knew they were there! Luckily this wasn’t as bad as it could’ve been. Redeemed themselves slightly with a very messy toy box and fans in the bedrooms- beware, no air con in the bedrooms but luckily being in the country it cooled overnight!

Clean & tidy, convenient location which store and cafe nearby. Kitchen is fully equipped, extremely clean bathroom and spacious bedroom. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay and especially to be able to explore the beauty of the surrounds (i.e. Innes National Park). Very friendly host and loads of amenities available should you want to stay longer.
