What a lovely home. The location is perfect. There is a beautiful covered porch out back facing a yard surrounded by trees. It’s a very private location but close to everything. The house is beautiful, very well maintained. I wish I could stay longer. Sheila was a great communicator, letting me know when someone would be arriving to empty trash cans or mow the lawn. Highly recommend this location!!!

We stayed at the house for five weeks. It's a quaint house with old-style charm. Large bedrooms, comfortable beds, and a good office room if you need to work. The backyard is a joy. We had many lunches at the lovely deck overlooking a large, private, and wooded backyard. There were occasional wildlife sightings. The kitchen is functional with anything needed: microwave, toaster, cooking range, refrigerator, etc. No dishwasher, though. The WiFi signal is good, and there is lots to see on TV if needed. The Maytag washer and dryer are superb. Really good. Parking is easily accessible in the driveway. There is some traffic noise from State Road 202, but it is manageable, and we slept well. Nearby and a short drive away are a supermarket, pharmacy, gas station, and almost anything you need. Sheila is great - very accommodating and responsive. Overall, great stay of good value. We would love to come over again. BTW: The house was ordered from a Sears Catalog years ago.

A great stay for the value. Best location for us. The A/C window units were loud but effective, going into autumn, except they seemed to let spiders in. My son had a couple mild bites and we had to clear the ceiling of a couple every night. There is lot of wildlife outside, so I don't imagine there's much else to do.
