Cant say a lot because we didn’t even get a chance to stay there but we arrived and turned out it was already booked which caused changes of plan elk spring didn’t even offer any type of help!!! Wouldn’t trust booking a elk spring cabin

BEWARE!!!! There is BLACK MOLD on the ceilings in the bedrooms, we didn't notice it at first until we started trying to figure out why everyone in our group was sick, we started looking around and couldn't believe our eyes! It wasn't just a little either there was a LOT of BLACK MOLD. We had to contact the owners because the garbage was overflowing and LARGE RATS were in the back that we suspect were attracted to the overflowing trash condition. We had to wash the dishes as they were also unsanitary with old food stuck to some of them, they obviously don't check this after each guest. If all that wasn't enough to complete disgust us the last morning RAW SEWAGE backed up into the tubs and toilets which made our arrival and the SMELL downstairs make so much sense, this obviously isn't the first time this has happened in this unit. THIS PLACE IS A HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE .. when we let owners know they tried to pawn it off their management company and told us to contact airbnb to complain that we booked through them .. wow really it's your place. We will NEVER stay here again and we are working with Airbnb on some kind of refund for this horrific stay. Also considering letting the health department know of the unsafe BLACK MOLD. At this point they are knowingly renting this place with the knowledge of these health and safety issues. ALSO the stairs are very steep - I fell the first night and busted my chin horribly.
