From the day I started planning our holiday, communication with the host was super easy and quick. The Royal Luxe Residence is just perfect! The place was very clean, spacious, modern, stylish and equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. The apartment is at a perfect location, very easy to get around and walking distance to the Marine Drive, Galle Main Road, shops, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants and cafes. Dhanu provided everything we needed and was very helpful since the beginning, available at all times to answer any questions very quickly. We loved our stay, felt very comfortable and safe. Highly recommended!

Excellent place. Sparkling clean. very thoughtful and had everything which was needed. We were 4 and the space was nice enough for more than 6. Almost everything which was needed was already there. The 24*7 support was there and the help needed for early check-in was a great gesture.

Extremely Happy with my stay.... Both the couple hosts are absolutely supportive in any sort of inquiry or information you need, their responses are immediate and quite accurate. The apartment is beautifully maintained with fine detailling touches added to every corner of the house. It has all the necessary amenities as mentioned in the listing. The location is also in prime Colombo sector and easily accessible by road and rail. Also most of the regular basic item shops and food joints are just walking distance from the tower so one is never isolated from the city yet at peace in the solace of the apartment .... Overall a great place to stay, great people to know and an extremely satisfying trip to Colombo
