I have stayed in a number of Airbnbs and this was hands down the best! It just felt so homey and clean (loved the beds)! Kay has a great eye for decor and we really appreciated the homage to Austin’s music culture. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to be in the heart of downtown Austin.

We had a great stay! Kay is a wonderful host and her place is so very charming. The furnishings are extremely comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed and I loved the Aveda shampoos and soaps! We also enjoyed the location. It's an extremely walkable neighborhood and we thoroughly enjoyed our hikes to the river and more. We were in Austin for a wedding and it was close to everywhere we needed to go. Kay even found my earring that I didn't know I lost and offered to mail it to me straight away, which I really appreciated. Thanks for a wonderful stay Kay! I will recommend you to others!

If you are a city person, this is the place for you! You can walk to great bakery in the morning, and take a short 10-minute walk to Whole Foods. Austin is a great city, with a great biking infrastructure. My son and I rented bikes for a week from Mellow Johnnys and had a great time. No car needed Kay’s place has two bedrooms with two en-suite baths, a cozy kitchen and comfy living room. It was just perfect for us. And how I wish our plane wasn’t delayed. Kay was sweet to text that we could check in early if we were there. I also felt very safe at the place, and in the city at large. Loved our Austin getaway!

This was an amazing little house and Kay was a great host and was able to be flexible with our travel times . We will definitely try and book again when we travel next year.
