My wife and I reserved this house under her account to make our home for two full months this summer. I will start by saying all of our concerns were immediately brought up with the owner, and basically nothing was done. This house was dirty, uncomfortable, and beyond disappointing. Besides the kitchen, this house is unkept, very outdated, and needs a lot of work. Yoni is not quick to respond, lives across the country, and did the bare minimum to try and fix any of our complaints. There was supposed to be a “property manager” that lived nearby, but this turned out to be false. The outside of the house is disgusting and run-down. There is an abandoned car in the driveway with flat tires that is filthy with mold and takes up one of the parking spots. There is also a second abandoned car in one of the garage spots that looks like it’s been scrapped for parts, also taking up another parking spot. The entire exterior of the house, particularly the front steps and main entryway, is covered with dirt and grime. The back patio is even worse, and the backyard is not the same as it shows in pictures. Most of the yard is completely overgrown with basically no usable grass area. When we first entered the house, there was an unbearable musty, moldy odor. The windows look like they’ve never been cleaned and are full of bugs, so we could not open them to help with the smell. The couches are 50+ years old and are so uncomfortable that we found ourselves either sitting on the floor or in wheeled in chairs from other rooms half the time. The beds were also unbearable and we had to purchase an expensive mattress pad to make it tolerable to sleep. All of the electrical sockets in the house were either too outdated to accept modern sized plugs, or didn’t work at all. The air conditioning does not reach the master bedroom, so most nights were uncomfortably hot while the rest of the house was ice cold in the morning. The security on the house is very limited with no deadbolt on the back exterior door, and the front door knob broken. Halfway into our visit we started to hear lots of squeaky chirping coming from the fireplace. The chirping would come in waves multiple times through the day and night, waking us up constantly. We let Yoni know that there were either birds or bats living in the chimney and he did absolutely nothing about it. As for all the other issues we raised, Yoni told us to buy air fresheners and power strips, for which he gave us $30, and he sent random family members over to “fix” a master door lock and pour Drano in one of the showers, that’s it. For the amount of money charged for this Airbnb, and the level of deceit regarding its livability, it should not be allowed on here. We would have tried to cancel this stay and move into another place right away, but since it was a popular time in that area, there were no other Airbnb options; that’s why we committed to this so early. We will be pursuing this further with Airbnb for a refund, and to ensure this house is either brought up to standard or taken out of commission. It was very obvious the owner is not willing to put any time or maintenance into the property or helping tenants.

We had a GREAT stay!! The house was very toddler proof which was terrific. Located conveniently to everything we wanted to do and close to my Dad which was perfect.

This is a great house in Pittsford. The location was great for our needs and it was super clean.

Nice property. Big house for a 3 bedroom. Kitchen has been updated. The one downside was the living room. The smart tv isnt connected to wifi. The only way to watch tv is to cast from your phone or tablet. Most live tv streaming services dont allow casting. Furniture in the living and family room is uncomfortable. The property could use a little tlc but for the price it wasnt bad.

We had a wonderful stay to celebrate my daughters graduation. The location was perfect, the neighborhood lovely with great access to all the best sites of. Pittsford and Rochester. The house was very comfortable and clean with a truly great kitchen and private backyard. I would stay there again in a minute!
