James's place is sparkling clean, cozy, and well equipped. The location is great - quiet and private. The neighbors are friendly and respectful. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay at James's place during our trip. Would definitely love to come back again!

This place is great! Check in was easy, James is super responsive, and the lake views from the breakfast nook are breathtaking. My kids loved the microwave popcorn and goldfish snacks, and the loft with three twin beds provided a perfect place for them to sleep. My only complaint is that the shower water pressure was pretty terrible and the temperature fluctuated between lukewarm, burning hot, and cold without warning! Despite the inconvenience of the shower situation, we will definitely come back and stay at this spot again.

The house was lovely, with plenty of room for our family. Great kitchen with everything we needed to have some home cooked meals. There were even toys for the kids to play with. Great view from the eating area. And super close to June Mountain skiing resort.

We recently stayed at Jim’s place during our recent visit to June Lake and had a great stay. The kids loved the breakfast nook area with amazing views of the lake. We also appreciated the little touches like the snacks and coffee pods provided. Having access to a garage during an active storm was also something we were thankful for. We loved that the home was fully stocked for cooking - we had a chance to make a few meals at home and found that he had all the necessary kitchenware. I was initially a little unsure of the booking because the home looks a little dated in pictures but the place is actually very clean and the sheets/towels/pillows/beds were all very comfortable. The lake and the shops/restaurants were literally steps away from the home and we had a good time exploring the small town. Thanks for having us, Jim!
