We loved The Dune’s location! Easy to access the coastal walkway and beach. Enjoyed our morning coffee from The Hub and a fantastic spot from which to explore New Plymouth. What a great city! The bach was clean and new and had everything we needed for our week’s stay. Pleasantly surprised that there was a set of bunks in the 2nd room rather than a queen bed for our kids as was advertised. Only minor issue was the thin walls with the adjoining unit that happened to have a baby but they were only there for 3 of the 7 nights we were there. Otherwise a perfect spot to stop. Would definitely recommend and we’ll 100% be back.

Everything was as listed, and comfortable and clean. I didn’t realise that unit 4 would be so dark, with an outlook onto a black wall and no view to the beach. In future I would recommend booking unit one or two, which have a garden outlook - but still no sea view. A shame given the location!

Lovely holiday home in an excellent location. Very quiet and peaceful in spring. Coastal path and beautiful beach at the end of the street. A short drive to central New Plymouth and easy access to main roads for exploring further afield. Lovely small unit, perfect size for us as a family of four. Very impressed with layout and amenities, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There is a wi-fi unit on the ceiling in the kids bedroom which has a bright blue light which was annoying on the first night. The host very quickly sent someone around the following day to cover it for us. We also lost power for a short time during a wild, windy night. Again, the host team were excellent, kept in constant communication and had the issue resolved very quickly. Overall, an excellent stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a lovely location.
