A nice one leveled home in a very well established neighborhood. It's been completely remodeled in 2016 & 2019. New large deck for entertaining and a large kitchen for cooking/entertaining. Nice size dining room with great room. It has a large front porch with rocking chairs to enjoy the spring outdoors. The neighborhood is quiet. A large master bedroom was added in 2019 along with a new large master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Very spacious! Great house to entertain in. It's about 15-20 minutes away from the Augusta National Golf Club. Easy access to Interstate 20 and restaurants/stores.

Best Air BNB experience we’ve ever had! The host was extremely welcoming, insightful, and a pleasure to deal with. She gave us great restaurant recommendations, she supplied drinks/snacks, and tidy’d up the house daily. Her house was very clean, cozy, and charming. We hope to return every year!
Mary was responsive, the guys all made comment about her being amazing and attentive. She made reservations at local restaurants for us, the house was well stocked and had an abundance of everything from pastries for breakfast to drinks and laundry. She would also have driven us the the Master's tournament if we wanted her to!!! Very clear, present, helpful, organized and made the trip the best trip to Augusta ever. Best host I've ever had anywhere in the world including Windstar Cruises or any high end hotel chain...really!

The neighborhood is quiet and well established. One of North Augusta's nicest old neighborhoods. Easy access to Interstate 20 and to restaurants/stores/gas stations.
The North Augusta Greenway is a 7+ mile paved recreational trail that follows an abandoned railroad right of way purchased by the city in 1988. It's a great trail to enjoy a nice stroll or bike ride.
North Augusta is a quiet community just over the state line into South Carolina. Great community without all of the hustle and bustle of Augusta, GA.
