The room and bathroom is super clean and tidy. Location is quite and convenient. 10 minutes walk to art gallery and 18 minutes to city center. 5 minutes to KFC and cathedral. Five minutes walk to the station. All the guests are friendly and no noise at night. Room is safe with electronic lock. High speed wifi. Cup, bowls, towels and basic breakfast are provided and free of charge. Debra is a very nice owner. She is so easy to communicate and always care about our feelings here. Big thanks! Highly recommend to everyone. The dog is also very cute.

Nice house in a nice street, just a short downhill walk to View St, Rosalind Pk and Bendigo centre. Free roadside parking was always available. Warm and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and new shared bathroom. Debra was welcoming and helpful, offered me a room swap that better suited my needs. The two residents are nice (and get up early). Lu Lu the dog is lovely, clean and well-behaved, and stays outside or in her parents' room. The free washing machine & dryer were welcome, but in regular use and open to the kitchen and lounge room, so negotiate a bit of quiet at night-time. All in all, a very pleasant stay. Thank you.
