Multi Resorts at Puente Vista is nestled within a private residential community directly on the Laguna Madre. It's peaceful and quiet, yet a short mile drive to the closest beach and amazing restaurants. The staff are exceptional and take great care of their guests. They are open Mon-Fri and provide daily towel exchanges for free upon request (except Fridays, their check-in day for timeshare guests). Each condo has its' own internet modem/Wi-Fi box, so you can also do your business securely. Puente Vista is a private residential community nestled along the pristine waterways of Laguna Madre on North Padre Island. The community is known best for its incredible location and access to fishing, boating, and Texas coastal beaches and parks. Your condo will have fresh and clean linens, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, dishwasher tabs & dish soap, paper products, salt and pepper, and a coffee starter packet just in case you arrive late in the evening. We also provide extra coffee filters for you to use during your stay. The coffee pot is a standard 12-cup drip coffee maker. The bedding and pillows for the sleeper sofa are in the living room closet. Towel exchanges are free and are available upon request (Mon-Thurs only). You only need to contact the staff on-site to request this. Pack n Plays are limited and are available on a first-request/first-use basis. Some two-bedroom apartments require you to go up a flight of steps to access your condo. If you need a unit with no stairs, please notify me asap so I can check availability.
