Wonderful stay from start to finish. Our family was there for over a month during a renovation and they were so accommodating! it felt like home away from home and there is a gorgeous park a few doors down for the kids to play in:)

There were no kitchen towels and when I asked was told no. I had to call to get more than 4 glasses, pet hair was everywhere, even after they came out to clean for it. One of the comforters was very warn and beaded. We did not have a comforter for the sleeper sofa. The outside chairs were little more than folding chairs. And it was very drafty in the main area. The biggest issues: 1) The second bedroom must be right next to the boiler/ heater. It was extremely hot and so loud you couldn’t sleep. 2) The kitchen was very poorly stocked for a place that required a 30 day minimum. There were no kitchen towels at all. It also didn’t have any Pyrex dishes for cooking, or other basic items one would have in their kitchen. If I am only staying a week maybe I could see the low stock. (Though any other Airbnb I have stayed in had these basics.) I had to spend extra money to have these items in hand. 3) The “insurance” fee was high. I can see charging up front but it should be reimbursed.

Beautiful home in Nashville! Close to local hospitals. Quiet neighborhood with friendly people all around. Spacious home with plenty of things you will need for a comfortable stay. Would recommend to stay and would also stay again! Great communication with company.

House: The house is great. Very modern and high quality furnishing as well as nice decoration. Location: With a car you can get anywhere in Nashville really quickly. The neighborhood itself is mediocre. Some trash on the streets. Occasionally parties in the park close by. Cleanliness: Ok. Could be better. Thorough vacuuming in all areas and under beds/sofas would help. Maintenance: Not great. TV had damages likely from previous guests. I had to wheel out two overloaded, heavy, and smelly trash cans when we arrived. Internet cable was cut and the management company was unable to reach the owner and didn't have authorization to engage Xfinity for repairs so it took longer than necessary (4 days) to regain internet.

Had the pleasure of staying here for almost three months. It quickly became our home away from home. The house is gorgeous with such thoughtful decorations. The kitchen is fully stocked - perfect for a long stay. There is a mini bar, next to the endless board games, with all the tools needed to make the perfect cocktail. The beds were very comfortable, bedrooms spacious, and hangers already in the closest ready for you! Definitely would recommend this stay!
