Was very happy with this place , it was very clean and modern with a daily cleaning service as well , would stay here again

So, we booked last minute for 2 days an object by Ronen. But after we did not hear anything about the check in we contacted the owner ourselves. We were told that the object already was booked. A bit weird for us since the reservation was confirmed after booking. We got for each day a different location (although close to one other), it was pretty stressful checking out every morning at 10:00. First location was great. Second location wasn’t so great. Stench in the entrance, Bathroom was a bonding experience with only a see through glass wall and some curtains. Crying babies at the neighbors, laundry next to the room for the full night, something that sounded like rats on the roof and the location was in an unsafe neigborhood that we specifically did not want to book in the first place. Overall okay stay, but this was not really a nice way to do a holiday for us. I have to say, the rooms were both clean and linnen was good as well as communication and problem solving!

Amazing location, Monastiraki is right there and once you walk out of the main door, you encounter a beautiful with restaurants and bars. It’s not loud at all and provides an excellent start for a walk towards the heart of Athens.

Loved this place! Will be staying here next time I visit Athens. Beautiful, comfortable, and great attentive hosts.
