We arrived and it was a flexible check in just that there was bad smell outdoors and when we entered inside The house was clean. Just the queen bed mattress close to the pool which isn’t very comfortable to sleep on and it needs to be replaced as I had sleepless night then when I went to other single bed dint feel very comfortable as if the bed legs weren’t strong the 3rd room queen bed was good We had booked 2 bedroom but later received a call that we will be upgraded to 3 bedroom unit and if we use the 3rd bedroom there would be a $50 charge we accepted because of the kids so everyone would be comfortable but the beds weren’t comfortable to our disappointment Couple of days after check out we received a request for reimbursement of $40 for some stain on the side table which we dint do and which was already there when we arrived We made sure we left the unit clean towels in place even swept the floor and we don’t know how they keep asking money from people very disappointing

easy late check in, and we left early. Didn’t get to use much of the amenities. Was a nice and clean unit.

When you check in, you are handed a sheet of paper with conditions that are different to the conditions on the website. The main point of difference is they threaten more costs if these conditions aren’t met. We booked a 2 bedroom unit and they gave us a 3 bedroom unit, as they had no 2 beds available, even though they accepted the 2 bedroom reservation. This is fine, except for the fact they threatened to charge more if we used or messed the third room. We have a 3.5 year old and had to watch her closely, as she can open doors, not a good experience to be honest
