这个位置这个价格，非常有性价比。房间空间也挺大的，特别是床，真的很舒服！唯一需要改善的是卫生间，靠近门口的地方因为地势低，洗完澡之后会有一摊积水，这很容易使人滑倒。因为卫生间没有窗和排风扇，所以这水一直干不了。但综合所述，我还是非常推荐这间房间的。

For the price you pay for this place, it's all so worth it. You can't get any place more central than this and even more so, just a few minutes walk away from BTS Ratchathewi station. You can go shopping at Paragon, MBK and whatnot and just offload all your goods here before going back in again for round 2. It's really that close. When I first checked in I inspected the surroundings - it was clean, but there were some cobwebs in the corners of the room. Location is awesome. Host is friendly and quick to reply, also awesome. Cleanliness is okay. Housemaid is helpful and polite. The only (and really!) bad point I can think off is that the walls are fake and hollow, so if you have noisy neighbours like a family next door chances are you won't be able to sleep well with all that knocking on the walls. If you love shopping and are staying in Bangkok for less than a week, this place is perfect. For longer stays I would recommend somewhere else for more privacy.

La dame à l’accueil n’était pas très aimable. Les toilettes n’était pas propre, la douche n’est pas pratique (pas de délimitation entre la douche et les toilettes) donc de l’eau partout… J’ai demandé un truc en arrivant, au bout de 4jours j’attends toujours une réponse… L’appartement est bien placé

We booked two rooms. Patty is quick to respond which was greatly appreciated. She also offers airport pick up service for 700 THB. The rooms are a lot more spacious than the typical SE Asia Airbnbs I am used to, which was a great surprise. Also appreciated the hot water. One of the two rooms had spotty wifi and there was a low spot in the shower/bathroom flooring which resulted in a constant puddle by the foot of the toilet. It never dried (even overnight) so we’d have to wipe the floor after showering or wear flip flops otherwise our feet would get wet every time we tried to use the toilet. Nonetheless you can’t beat the price, location, and responsive host.
