I arrived in the middle of the night and when the self key pickup didn't work, there was a number clearly posted on the door and they were able to help right away even though no one was in the lobby. The first room I was put in smelled horrific and the lock was falling off the door, so I called back and they were able to get me another room right away that was much better. They apologized and said that the first room shouldn't have been allowed to be booked and I was given a partial refund. Excellent customer service, I am just not convinced that it was worth the price.

For the price, you had no iron or board, The refrigerator was the size of a oversized shoe box, I could not keep soft drinks, beer or food. no microwave, and no coffee maker in the room. Coffee maker located in the office with most of the time it was locked and unoccupied. You had to call the number on the door to get someone to come and open the office. Great Neighborhood. clean room. Staff was very friendly.

Rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only compliant was, due to lack of available of workers, the office was closed when I tried to go for coffee and breakfast at about 8am.
