Casa Ganga is a comfortable holiday home with panoramic views over the Spanish countryside encompasing Andalusian olive groves and further on the Mediterranean Sea. The stylish interior is an eclectic mix with Moorish influences. Contemporary furniture is combined with antique pieces, large rugs, Moroccan lamps and eye-catching paintings on the wall. The rooms are atmospheric and warm. Casa Ganga is truly a feast for the eyes! The 5 spacious and bright ensuite bedrooms with private balconies give the rooms gorgeous views to the outdoor surroundings. Furthermore, inside you will find a beautiful large living area with a fireplace and a spacious kitchen with all the facilities you need to cook for the whole family. Wheelchair users have easy access to the main living space, terraces, swimming pool and bedroom with ensuit on the ground floor. The covered terrace with dining area is ideal for an al-fresco lunch or long summer evenings enjoying the pleasant mediterranean climate, you can also appreciate spectacular sunsets and a fantastic starry sky. Beyond the terrace, you can walk to the privately located swimming pool with plenty of sun-beds to sit back with your favourite book and relax. From the pool you can see all of the established gardens that surround the house. Including a pond. At Casa Ganga you will find attractive, relaxed and authentic Spain in a beautiful, green setting. The ultimate highlight of Casa Ganga, however, is its privacy and its beautiful panoramic views of the valley and Maroma. If you can drag yourself away from this rural oasis, there is so much to discover. Enjoy traditional village life in the historic hilltop town of Comares (just 3KM away) or explore the beaches of the Costa del Sol (half an hour away). Also the picturesque towns of Nerja and Ronda are full of history and charm, or the city of Malaga with all the culture and fine dining you could wish for.

La estancia fue muy agradable puesto que el lugar y la casa son maravillosos. La casa es amplia y ofrece de todo. La única pega, es que aparecían sin aviso previo para limpiar la piscina los que creemos que eran los caseros. Por lo demás, merece mucho la pena este alojamiento
Geweldige ruime accommodatie, zeer privé omringd met olijfbomen met een mooi uitzicht. Aangeraden voor iedereen die rust en bezinning zoekt.
The house is amazing! Larger than the pics, and has everything you need. The views are beautiful. The house is situated between 2 small towns, Benamagosa and Comares, 10 mins drive to each of them. Both have a small supermarket and a few lovely restaurants/cafe's. Comares is a stunning town and the kids did the zip line there. The restaurant Table Mountain, near Comares, was amazing with lovely, friendly staff. You do need a car to get around and we did drive the mountain roads and explore. Came across 2 more white villages, Cutar and El Borge, just stunning, full of charm. We all really enjoyed our holiday here. ❤
We had a very lovely week at Casa Ganga. The house is perfect for a family get together with ample space and beautiful views. We had a day out in Nerja and another in Malaga both about an hour away driving. Beautiful little town of Comares with great tapas. But best of all swimming and table tennis and good food on the shady veranda. All in all everything we had hoped for!
Beste Esther en John, we hebben met de hele familie enorm genoten van ons verblijf in jullie prachtige villa. De communicatie verliep heel vlot en stipt! De eerste rit om tot aan de villa te geraken was wel even spannend, maar nadien ging dit vlotjes. ;-) In de villa was ALLES aanwezig. We voelden ons allemaal onmiddellijk thuis. Het uitzicht was adembenemend, de sterrenhemel zal iedereen bijblijven. Bedankt voor het bezoekje en de tips voor het vinden van een lekker restaurantje. Wanneer we in de buurt zijn springen we zeker eens binnen om iets te drinken :-)

This is the perfect spot from which to explore the surrounding region of the Montes de Malaga and Axarquia. The local historic Moorish village of Comares is just 3 kilometers away.
Torre del Mar, the nearest beach, is 30 mins drive. Further west lies Nerja, a pretty seaside town with popular beaches and a lots little shops, bars and good restaurants. Further west are more secluded coves and beaches.
Malaga Airport is one hour's drive and Granada Airport is one and a half hour's drive. Car hire is essential and there is a good local taxi service.

Having lived here for over 22 years, I still love the area as much as ever. I never tire of the amazing view of La Maroma mountain, with the light throughout the day constantly changing. Our beautiful Villa is surrounded by lush gardens where it makes me so happy to put away a few hours gardening and witnessing so many trees, which we planted from seed, maturing and fruiting. We built our villa, La Huerta Ganga because we love this area, with it’s natural and dramatic beauty, and indeed the Spanish way of life. While traditionally the house has been a beautiful nourishing space, in which artists and makers have come, the space is also for hire for group gatherings of every kind. The space can be tailored to your specific requirements: it is a perfect base from which to explore the neighbouring countryside.
