Our family absolutely loved Neni's. Consider yourself fortunate if you are able to stay in this jewel of an apartment. The location is perfect and peaceful. We miss our evening walks in Riverside Park. It was extremely easy to access transportation, food and anything else you would need. The home it was warm, cozy and intellectually stimulating all at the same time. It will be hard to stay anywhere else in the city. No matter the question Neni was always quick to respond. We loved our stay!

We LOVE Neni’s place. It is hard to wrap your head around how fantastic this apartment is - the location is perfect (overlooking Riverside park; close enough to Central Park that I usually get a CitiBike and do a loop every weekend), it is a very quiet, excellent building with friendly staff, and is super close to the subway. I comminuted to work in midtown and was there in 20 minutes every day. The best is how much thoughtful character is in the apartment - small creative flourishes throughout that make it feel like a home. I would stay here again in a heartbeat
Neni's place was beautiful and perfect for the three of us to stay, and Neni was extremely warm and helpful in making sure everything went alright.
I had the opportunity to meet Neni and her family a few days before I began my stay at their lovely home. The entire family was welcoming, kind and generous. Their apartment is not only spacious and clean, it is so interesting with books, music and art of all type filling the space. The neighborhood was excellent and only a short walk to Westside Market, a great neighborhood liquor store, multiple restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The subway was only 2-3 blocks from the apartment, and Central Park was less than a mile away. The location was perfect. The view of the Hudson River and Riverside Park was spectaculor. I am so fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay here.

I live in New York with my husband. We teach at the university and travel a lot. We spend all our summers abroad. We understand subletting, as we sublet our apartment in New York every summer. We are very particular about our things which come from our families, so we are very mindful of other people's things when we travel. We prefer to rent apartments, so that we can do grocery-shopping and cook. We are very clean and meticulously tidy.
