My work crew and I stayed here for three nights and it was perfectly satisfactory for our needs. The house was clean but definitely felt lived in and homely. I would probably stay here again if work were to bring us in the area again.

Great stay - this was our second time staying at Michele’s Airbnb in topock and it won’t be our last. Great location right next to topock boat launch. It’s way nicer to stay up the river and launch as opposed to waiting 45 min+ to launch in Havasu. Can’t wait to come back!

This was a perfect house for our multi-generational group of seven, including three boys aged 2-10. There truly is nothing negative to say. We brought our own toys and games, but our main intent was multi-days on the water and evenings at home just chilling and enjoying each other's company. We did just that. As the "older" generation, we got the master bedroom. Bed was comfortable, although I should have brought my own pillows, but that's on me. The huge bathtub was a plus. Only my littlest grands took advantage, but they got in a nice bubbly soak after a long day in the sand and sun. We set up an inflatable pool on the porch in the shade so there could be plenty of water play into the evening. There's plenty of room on the porch for all of us to hang out and enjoy. We come to the river multiple times a year, with and without other family. When we come to the river it's all about water, sand, sun, food, drink, family and fun! We appreciate the time spent. Highly recommend.

Large nice place for whole family, lots of parking, 12 -15 mins from boat launch! This is our third summer coming out here and absolutely love it! Thanks Michelle... talk to you soon!

Great location to desert trails and Colorado River. Exactly what we were wanting. Very pleasant and friendly community!
