This was my third time in Florida. Derek is the best host i have ever met. And the house was absolutely perfect. I have 3 boys. They loved the pool area. Lots of toys are ready for the kids Derek made us feel like we are at home. Everything is ready to use. Lots of spices, sauces, teas, coffees. You will not regret if you choose this house.

Derek was a great host. He made sure to check in to ensure our stay was going well. The home was just as described in the listing. It was well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kids enjoyed the pool and evening bike rides. The property location was perfect for easy commutes to area restaurants, shopping and the beach. Would definitely stay again.

I had a great stay at Derek's place with my husband, dad, and 3 young kids. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped for our family (including baby items, pool floats and toys, kids bikes). Comfortable beds and linens and nice bathrooms. Gated community feels safe and quiet. About a 15-20 minute drive to most beaches and restaurants we went to. We spent lots of time in the heated pool and enjoyed using the bikes and beach equipment. Would recommend and love to come back!
