Amazing place!!!! Owner, manager and staff were very kind and always available for us (Thanks Hoa and Nga ❤️). Clean, lots of space, very nice balcony, beds comfortable, beautiful small pool, walking distance to the beach. Great value for money. We highly recommend.

Wonderful value for money, a quiet place torest with big, comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful people. 5 km from Hoi An but you can walk to the beaches, which are beautiful !

We had a great stay!! Hoa responded very quickly to every message, the staff was very accommodating, the location was conveniently placed between the beach and Hoi An old town. They even rented us motor bikes and organized our taxi to Da Nang. Excellent value for money!!

This stay was really at a very beautiful location. Very close to both sea and river. Loved the peaceful surroundings. It is a bit far from the city center so make sure to plan that. We rented motorbikes for the same.

Great place for a peaceful and quiet stay. Near to the beach and some great restaurants. Rooms are clear and bright. The only negative thing is that the owner doesn't speak English (but there's another woman in the area who translates well). And bikes aren't for free unfortunately :(
