Beautiful and very stylish villa with amazing views. Swimming pool was very large and very clean. We enjoyed eating our meals on the terrace and by the pool. When we arrived we were a bit disappointed that we were quite close to the main coast road so we could hear the passing traffic but we got used to it and it didn’t spoil our enjoyment of the villa. We also chose to stay at the villa with no car so used buses and walked everywhere. I would recommend this but not if you have children with you. There is a good bus service and after about 300 metres walking on the main road it was possible to walk the rest of the way into town on a very quiet and pretty side road. It took about half an hour to walk into Marciana Marina - a lovely walk (other than the short bit on the main road.) The local area was very pretty and we enjoyed exploring the local beaches and towns.

The villa is absolutely stunning - beautiful location with amazing views and really tastefully decorated. Barbara is super helpful and responsive as a host. Would definitely recommend!

A beautiful house in a perfect location to experience Elba. The house has all the amenities one can wish for, and modern solutions. The outside patio is well organized and the pool is a great addition. Barbara is a great host and made sure all the information was readily available to us and clear. Maintenance personnel comes everyday to clean the pool and the outside area. Absolute top notch experience, highly recommended!

This house was like walking onto the set of mad men. The decor was so, so amazing . Every window in the Lounge and living /dining area provided a view that was out of this world . Wow. The rooms we’re comfortable, clean. There was only air con in the top level adjoining rooms. The pool is so huge . I’m not sure I have ever seen pool this size (also over 6 foot deep the whole length) and the outdoor space around it was breathtaking. The area Marcina marina was so gorgeous and a 5 min drive from the house. So many cute bakeries and wonderful green grocer etc. after visiting many of the small towns this was by far the most well serviced while still feeling relatively quiet. Elba was such a treat and won over our hearts. It feels under developed and rustic but at the same time completely sophisticated. This will be our go to house/island for some time.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 jungen Leuten und waren beeindruckt von der Grösse der Villa und des Pools. Die Kommunikation mit Barbara war sehr angenehm und wir haben unsere Woche in Elba extrem genossen. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist sehr toll, zu Fuss sind in ca. 15 Minuten 3 Strände erreichbar und mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell in Marciana Marina sowie auch in Portoferraio. Wir danken herzlich für die tollen Ferien, wir kommen gerne wieder!
