Caterina was most helpful and made our arrival and departure very easy. The apartment is well appointed and comfortable, with a great bed for weary travellers. Walking distance to city centre and very close to the excellent National Gallery of Bologna.

Caterina was an amazing host. We arrived late due to train delays and she stayed available until early on the morning to make sure we made it ok. She is a truly wonderful person and gave us some wonderful recommendations that helped make our trip in Bologna. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and accessible. We could not have rented a better space. Thank you Caterina!

We found the accommodation easily thanks to the clear instructions and helpful suggestions for airport transfer. Caterina was waiting to greet us even though we arrived late and phoned a local restaurant to ensure we could eat. She kept in touch throughout our visit, checking everything was ok and offering helpful tips. The apartment was perfect: clean comfortable and everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped and the shower was excellent. The location was a short walk to the city centre through interesting streets in the university district. The train station was less than 20 minutes on foot. We felt safe everywhere we went. Buses were easy and cheap at the end of a tiring day! Caterina was extremely flexible with our checkout and arranged for our luggage to be stored. She also organised our transport back to the airport. I can’t recommend Caterina and her apartment highly enough and would love to come back and stay in this gorgeous city.

Caterina is the perfect hosts -- attentive, communicative, and extremely helpful. We had a rental car and were worried that driving within the walls of Bologna would get us a ticket, but she taught us, with detailed videos, how to take the exact streets that would allow us to use her parking spot without entering the restricted areas. On our arrival, she gave us not only a helpful tour of the apartment but also plenty of useful recommendations about things to do and restaurants of different types -- including vegetarian options and best places for desert. The apartment is clean and spacious, and the building is within an easy walk of the train station and of a number of lively areas.
