We made a one week reservation and the experience wasn't good. The A/C was poorly working the first day and stopped altogether the second day. The host took 17 hours to reply to our message about this problem while we waited in a 87 degrees house. Long story short a new unit was needed and would take days to be replaced. We immediately rented another Airbnb. The host didn't want to reimburse all the days we didn't occupy his house so Airbnb intervened and solved the issue. The house was very nice as was the location, but the experience was soured by the callousness of the host, hence I cannot recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Andreas's home. The pictures do not do the place justice! There is 1 large master bedroom/bathroom, 2 other large bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and 2 living rooms with lots of couches. The house was clean, Andreas provided lots of amenities (towels, kitchen supplies, grill tools), and we were very pleased with our stay. The only issue we encountered was our initial communication with Andreas, however he was very responsive over text during the stay. Overall, would highly recommend this home for anyone looking to stay close to downtown Naples! Definitely worth the price!

Andreas house was spacious and clean. The location is great, we saw an iguana and otters strolled around the lake. Our kids really enjoyed the pool.

The location was great. The home needs some house keeping improvements. Communication with Andreas was thru Air B n B text only, no local contact for problems. His telephone number is a long distance overseas call.
