Perfect location for so many State Parks and hikes. A real homey feel with outstanding cleanliness, never saw a bug or spider all week. Cascades Inn is nestled right on the creek bed and hugged an all sides by the beautiful forest. I really enjoyed taking my coffee down to the swings by the water each morning. Can’t wait to return!
Great view and access to the waterfall. Real quiet and quaint location with easy access to a lot of the natural beauty of North Georgia.

The Cascades Inn is the most unique mountain retreat you will ever find, with cascading waterfalls all around. There are trails that wind in and around the surrounding forest. They go down to the edge of the waterfall and up behind the cabins. The trails are lined with rabbits, squirrels, birds and other forest critters, and lots of pretty flowers. We are family-owned for over 25 years. We have 2 Chalets and 7 Suites to suit your individual needs. You may also rent the entire place which includes a room for meals or meetings that can accommodate up to 25 people. All rooms have access to gas BBQ grills and outdoor seating. There are many decks, seating, and swings by the creek along with a large firepit for your enjoyment.
