Déçue de cette location. La construction de condo devant et derrière le condo loué générait énormément de bruit, de poussière et d’odeur d’essence avec un va et vient constant de camions. Nous n’avons pas ou très peu mangé dehors ou même s’asseoir sur le balcon. Nous avons su moins d’une semaine avant d’arriver qu’il y avait de la construction et on aurait dû nous prévenir avant de payer ou nous offrir de nous rembourser. Ce séjour a été un cauchemar du lundi au vendredi. Le week-end nous a permis d’entrevoir ce qu’aurait pu être notre séjour sans bruit!

Beware of CONSTRUCTION EVERYWHERE. There are several condo developments in front and behind the property with construction trucks going up and down the hill with heavy pollution and noise; The best part of this condo is the balcony but it’s on 2nd floor so the noise and pollution are very present. We were told about it on the day of check in; so BIG SURPRISE. I asked for a partial refund and host declined despite the fact this was not disclosed ahead of time. If this wasn’t an issue it would be a perfectly pleasant location to relax and enjoy Cabos.

Such a beautiful condo in a perfect location. Jennifer made check in seamless and even accommodated our late arrival. She checked in on us by text to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms are spacious with the most comfortable beds! Kitchen is well stocked and the whole condo is bright and airy. We will definitely be back! Thank you again for a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful, clean, spacious Condo! Highlights: -The Host was able to arrange roundtrip transportation ( a very nice vehicle) from SJD with beverages and a grocery stop on the way in -Kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs; including a Crockpot -Online grocery shopping available, if you need anything -The bed was very comfortable; we slept well every night -Our favorite part? The night view!! Bring your selfie tripod & your photos will look like you hired a photographer Keep in mind that Cabo is growing, so there's construction noise during the weekdays until 5pm. This didn't bother us at all The Host is professional, attentive & has a great sense of humor. We're definitely going back, so, if it's available, ya might want to beat Us to it 😊
