The location of the house cannot be better. It's around the corner from the downtown area where all of the restaurants and shopping are. In terms of the house itself, I'll start with the positives. There is a large kitchen, dining, and living room area for several people to enjoy. There is also a nice porch that backs up to a playground where my kids enjoyed playing. The bedrooms were a nice size and the neighborhood was quiet. Unfortunately, there were several things that could have made the stay more comfortable. When we arrived at the house we noticed there were only 3 beach towels in the closet. There were no bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, or bath mats. I contacted the host and after sone back and forth, he did realize that the house cleaners hadn't returned the towels to the house. The next morning, the towels were provided but we only got bath towels. There were no wash cloths, hand towels or a bath mat to step on when you get out of the shower.

Nice place but does need some repairs. Was missing some items when we arrived but Mike was quick to answer.

We were in town for a wedding and stayed at Mike’s place! It was very easy to find, easy to get into, and was super clean! Great bedrooms and a nice open space upstairs for our two toddlers to run around in - a gorgeous kitchen and living room space. We were able to easily walk to downtown Wolfboro and it’s a wonderful place to visit! Would definitely stay here again!
